Port Installation access

In order to have access, you must do what is described in the port entry procedure and submit a letter according to the delivered format.

Positive identification under ISPS Code

All personnel entering Terminal must have valid identification for the positive identification process. In other words, you must have your identity card up to date, be clear about your reason for visiting, what work area you are going to or, failing that, which person you visit. Any person who enters port, is subject to the regulations in force, for this type of facility.

Pedestrian entry The ITI staff, MITI, brokers, external companies and / or contractors, must have an ID provided by ITI or valid identification or documents that prove your income. No entry is allowed to minors inside the terminal. External personnel that do not have ID provided by ITI must enter with a visa stamped by the applicant company and OPIP, along with any valid identification.

All personnel entering the operational area must do so with their Personal Protective Equipment (Helmet, safety shoes and reflective vest). The income with bags will be subject to visual inspection by protection personnel. The authorized visits and accompanied by ITI personnel, who enter will be given a business card, registering their name in the control form.


Vehicle Income

All vehicles must be authorized by the OPIP or the Safety Supervisor.

Your driver’s license will be required to complete entry registration, requesting name, RUT and license plate of the vehicle.

Only the authorized vehicle with the driver inside will be allowed to enter. The rest of their companions will do so by pedestrian income.

If you are a contractor, your income will be made by checking the updated list or application letter for port entry.

If you are a provider, your income will be authorized prior to the mail of the person from the area that requires it, who will receive merchandise, which will be coordinated by mail in the requesting area.

Every vehicle, at the moment of entering the port, must carry a beacon on the roof, lit and in good condition, like the lights.
