Exporting Procedures

It refers to the procedures that must be carried out for the legal shipment of national or nationalized merchandise for its use or consumption abroad protected by a customs destination. The conditions required to carry out the pre-stacking or receipt of the load in an optimal way are specified, a process that takes place in the Export Control Area.

Pre-Stacking Starting

Empty containers entry

Empty units that do not have a duly regularized CAL will not be received in the stacking, which will remain pending until the agency regularizes the sending of this document.

Every empty container must enter sealed with its corresponding documentation. The placement of containers on the truck (20’) should be, in such a way that seals can be inspected without moving the container from the truck.

Dangerous cargo containers entry

All dangerous cargo containers should enter properly labeled. Dangerous cargo should be declared by the shipping agency to the Maritime Authority, before vessel’s arrival. The dangerous cargo consigner should provide a letter of storage conditions.

Documentation Tramittance

The Booking should be sent to the documents office control by fax, email or in person. All Bills Of Lading should include the corresponding booking number. Cargo without booking backup won’t be accepted.

Shipping Order

All shipping orders or DUS should individualize the container’s identification code with its tonnage.
