High efficiency: “Single Operator Terminal”

Iquique Terminal Internacional S.A. is in charge of all port operations, which allows these to be more efficient.

State-of-the-Art Equipments

The Terminal that our company operates has three mobile cranes; two of them operating since 2001, built in Düsseldorf, Germany, and the other one operating since 2007 and built in Nenzing, Austria. All cranes include state-of-the-art technology as much for operations as security.

These cranes are able to lift 100 tons each and can reach speed transferences over 60 containers hr/vessel. These two characteristics place this terminal at the forefront in capacity for cargo transference service in containers, project cargo and oversized cargo from the Peruvian south coast to the entire Chilean north.

In this way, the Terminal assures high value added to clients focused on commerce and industry, as much local as bordering cities and countries, and turns Iquique into an industrial development center due to how easy is having this type of service.
