It describes the procedures that the client must take into account when he wishes to carry out the legal entry of foreign merchandise into the national territory. The conditions that are required prior to the arrival of the ship are specified, during the stay and after the departure of the same.

- 96 – 48 and 24 hours before the arrival of the ship and upon arrival The manifest made in SIDEMAR of Customs is loaded.
Clients must register containers for direct withdrawal on the ITI website up to 8 hours before the arrival of the ship.
The consignor of dangerous cargo of non-compulsory retirement must send a conditioned deposit letter via web to the Dept. of Risk Prevention. The letter must indicate the time that the cargo will remain stored (not being able to be greater than 96 hours, as stipulated in the current regulations of the Maritime Governance), or its direct withdrawal will.

Ship clearance:
- ITI liquidates the ship and is entered on the Customs page.
- Delivery of the Report
On the seventh day, ITI generates a report and presents itself in Customs Port with final differences.
