What document do I need to enter a cargo?

You need a Custom’s Destination form by which the owner, consignor or consignee- declares his/her intent in the customs of origin. Example: Road Manifesto, Re-routing, transfers, International Cargo Manifest / Customs Transit Declaration (MIC / DTA), and Dl) you may enter a cargo once it has been scheduled with the Terminal.

What document is required to ship a cargo?

It requires the original BL (Bill of lading) and the Custom’s Destination paperwork.

How much do I have to pay for storage?

It will depend on the rate number and shipment weight which is calculated in tons.

What do I need to deconsolidate a container?

You need to present the revised original BL, a deconsolidation request letter. If you are a consignee or consignor, you must come with the warrant of the consignee and copies of the cargo owner’s ID. In addition, the person requesting the deconsolidation must also have the TATC released by container shipping agency in charge.

You should schedule this procedure in CFS office at least one day in advance.

How do I find out if a specific shipment is in the storage warehouse?

To verify that information you must go to the warehouse and show your revised BL form. Once we find your DRES number, we can tell you whether or not your shipment is still at the terminal.

How can I find out if a specific shipment reached its destination?

If your shipment it is transported by ground, you must contact the agent in charge to dispatching and receiving the shipment at the terminal in the city of destination, or forwarding terminal. The agent can inform you about the shipment status and approximate arrival to destination.

If your shipment is transported by sea, you must show the shipment’s BL form which contains the name of the ship.

What document do I need for dispatching a container?

You must bring the custom’s destination form, TATC which should be electronically emitted by the shipping company. This requirement applies to direct and indirect withdrawal containers.

Which is my DRES number corresponding to my BL?

You will have to bring to the custom control office your original BL form for your shipment, or the BL issued by the shipping carrier or the forwarder. Then they will give you your shipment’s DRES number and a copy, upon request.

What is the deadline for registration of containers such as direct withdrawal?

The registration’s deadline for direct container is 8 hrs before the arrival of the ship.

What is the Deferred Direct Schedule?

Indirect container registration schedule

Following are the schedules established for registration in our registration book located in the document control office, in the same way there is the option to register indirect containers by VEI system (Electronic Import Visa).

  • Monday to Friday: from 08:00 to 11.45 Hrs. to withdraw units to the second shift on the same day of registration. </ li>

If the processor is authorized by several companies, can it has the same password for all?

If the processor is authorized to make documentary dispatches on the ITI S.A. website by different Importers (Super Users), this may use the same password associated with its RUT.

Can the transferee who carries out the visa be different from the one who carries out the procedure in the port?

Yes, this process can be done by any processor belonging to the same importer (Super User).

How and when are the necessary documents delivered to perform the contract between the user and ITI S.A?

These must be delivered to the offices of ITI S.A., as soon as possible in order to sign the contract and deliver the multipass to the Super User, the requested documents are the following: Power of attorney that proves legal representation. Photocopy of identity card of the legal representative. Certificate issued by ZOFRI indicating its period of validity. Customs Resolution.
